    Mr. Mohammad Alauddin is a professional Trainer with 22 years of an enriched experience at senior QA/QC (Electrical / Instrumentation / Telecommunication) positions in oil & gas projects in SAUDI ARAMCO-Saudi Arabia, SABIC-Saudi Arabia, RAS GAS- Qatar, Q P-Qatar and ADNOC-UAE. In his last assignment in Hydrogen generation unit in kingdom of Saudi Arabia, He had been assigned as a Superintendent-Electrical & Instrumentation for setting up the Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of the project. He was certified and approved as a QCI-(E & IC) by Saudi Aramco in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He participated in Lead Internal Audit of Quality Management System in Ras Gas Onshore Expansion Project in state of Qatar. Now after having in-depth understanding of requirements and skills aspect of project execution in Oil and Gas sectors, He had a ‘dream’ a dream driven by collective reflection and vision. To put it straight, it was a dream to establish a Technical Training Institute to bring a remarkable change in technical training in order to benefit to the direction less and marginalized youth. His mission is to create an opportunity for skilled youth in oil, gas, power & energy sectors so that they could earn their livelihood with pride and dignity and get economically empowered. He translated his dream into a reality: establishment of Global Hi-Tech Technical Institute. We provide 100 % Placement Assistance for our in-house trained candidates in different trades like Instrument Technician, Electrical Technician, House Wiring Electrician, Instrument Fitter, Electrical Fitter, Plumber, Pipe Fitter, Pipe Fabricator, Mechanical Technician, Safety Officer, Ac Technician (Window-Split), HVAC Technician etc.

We have a dedicated team of placement professionals throughout India. We prepare and route our trained candidates to reputed placement agencies in India for Client interview. We train them for soft-skills, interview preparation, communication skill, personality development, stress management, which improves selection rate and grows them into successful professionals.

Placement Assistance at GHTI
  1. Attend Counseling Meeting with our Placement Co-Ordinator and Advisor.
  2. Candidates have to prepare resume as per the client requirement or as advised by the placement coordinator.
  3. Submit your resume to our Placement Co-Ordinator
  4. Placement coordinator will assist you in job search.
  5. Prepare for Job interview as per your academic/technical qualifications and experience mentioned in your resume.
  6. When recruited either for India or Overseas, Please Notify GHTI with offer letter.
Placement Assistance at GHTI

Global Hi-Tech Technical Institute doesn’t guarantee placement to any of its students. However, we will guide and assist our students in job search, Client interview and placement. After completion of course, the student’s details are recorded in placement resister for the follow-up.

After completion of Course, applicants are provided with an assessment criteria, which serves as a guideline to establish whether the students are up to the expected level to sit for a client interview. The applicant is expected to go through the assessment criteria conducted by GHTI and confirm that she/he is up to the expected level to sit for a Client interview. Students are prepared for interviews and are referred to the client (Employer Representative) for final interview and selection.
